Itinerary

Day 1 :Fez - Ifrane - Midelt - Gorges Ziz - Erfoud - Rissani - Merzouga

We will pick you up at 08:00 from your hotel or your riad, then we will take the direction of the south to the city of Ifrane through the mountains from the Middle Atlas. we will stop on our way in the beautiful cedar forests to see the barbarian monkeys protected in their natural habitat. After crossing the Tizi Ntalghamt Pass for the city of Midelt and the magnificent Ziz Gorges dug into the volcanic rock, you will see the views of the Middle Atlas plateau and the changing landscapes to reveal the traces of the desert towards the city. . Errachidia. After lunch, we will continue our route through the Ziz Valley to Erfoud, Rissani and Merzouga. Afterwards, we will leave our luggage in a safe room and then take a camel ride to a Berber camp in the Erg Chebbi Dunes, considered as the highest sand dunes in North Africa. The camel ride takes about 1 hour 30 minutes, then we relax in Berber tents for our night in the desert. The tents are well equipped with blankets, mattresses and cushions. After dinner, we will gather around the fire and enjoy listening to traditional Berber drums under the stars.

Day 2 :Merzouga - Todra Gorges - Dades Valley - Ourzazate

We will get up early to enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the dunes, then take a camel ride back to your hotel. After the freshness and breakfast, we will leave for Tinghir, Todra Gorge where you will have lunch. After lunch, we will cross the Dades valley towards Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate. This route offers many photo opportunities. We will visit the valley of Roses and the village of Sekoura, then continue to Ouarzazate, “the Hollywood of Africa”, where we will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 3 :Kasbah of Ouarzazate-Ait Ben Haddou - High Atlas Mountain - Marrakech

The driver will take you from the hotel after breakfast to discover the city of Ouarzazate, starting with the international studio ATLAS, then explore the heritage site UNESCO World Heritage Site Ait Ben Haddou (Ait Ben Haddou village), serving as a backdrop for more than 25 international films, it was one of the most important fortress bastions on the ancient salt route caravan, where traders brought gold, slaves, ivory and salt from Saharan Africa to Morocco and beyond. Crossing the Tizin Tichka High Atlas Pass where the steep slopes of the mountains are grouped with dwellings of mud fortified sheltering many Berber families and their pets. Arriving on Marrakech, you will be transferred to your hotel.
